Power System

How I can know how much power my system?
I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card, but I'm not sure how much power of my system, How I can know? At the rear is writtren input: 220V 50Hz 3.5A Output: 220V 50Hz 1.5A does this mean that my system has a power 220? But it can not be because I'm using an FX 5200 card at this point that requires at least 300V power supply.
